Minority Report to the Defence Sub-Committee

The Defence sub-committee of the Joint Committee on Foreign Affairs, Defence and Trade does not divide on partisan lines. Members have accepted that their participation on the Committee requires them to form judgments only after careful assessment of both public and confidential materials—and that this is a special responsibility.
